I’ve been creating luxurious, bespoke wedding cakes for over two decades, all delivered with my unique personal touch to couples throughout the UK.

I love working with my clients to understand the finer details of their events and use that to create beautifully designed cakes that have taken centre stage at some of the most exclusive venues in the country.

Since 2020 I have also offered specialised sugar decorating classes, sharing my expert knowledge and skillset to inspire and unleash my student’s artistic creativity.

I have received various accolades throughout my career including:

• Voted one of the Top Ten Cake Decorators in the UK and Most Innovative Bakers.

• Three times winner of British Young Chef of the Year.

• Senior Judge at Cake International, the world’s largest cake show.

• Appeared alongside Kirsty Allsopp three years in a row as a judge on Channel Four’s Kirsty’s Handmade Christmas.
